To promote large-scale equipment renewal and consumer goods trade-in, it is important to be guided by Xi Jinping’s Thoughts on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th Party Congress, and to carry out the deployment of the Central Economic Work Conference and the fourth meeting of the Central Financial and Economic Commission.

The Action Plan specifically states that the investment scale in the medical field will increase by more than 25% by 2027 compared to 2023.
