On July 12, KFBIO successfully held a postdoctoral report evaluation meeting.

Under the careful preparation of the company’s human resources department, the evaluation meeting invited a number of experts and professors from the University of Science and Technology of China, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, China University of Mining and Technology, Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering and Ningbo University; the leaders of the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security of Yuyao Municipal Government also attended the meeting to provide guidance. Mr. Liu Bingxian, Chairman and General Manager of the company and Senior Engineer, and Mr. Wang Kehui, Deputy General Manager and Senior Engineer, attended the evaluation.

As the first postdoctoral fellow to complete tenure at the company’s postdoctoral mobile workstation, Dr. Hu Yan reported on the research results of the “three-dimensional imaging and anatomical path projection based on pathology specimens of off-site interactive guidance system”, the review experts agreed that Dr. Hu Yan has successfully completed the scheduled research tasks in the postdoctoral period, unanimously agreed to his completion of the tenure. The successful completion of the tenure by KFBIO’s first postdoctoral fellow has a significant impact on enhancing the social responsibility of the enterprise, promoting cooperation between industry, academia, and research, enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and promoting the scientific and technological innovation of the enterprise.

In addition, the opening and mid-term evaluation reports of Dr. Zhang Yiwei and Dr. Hu Qiu were conducted. Dr. Zhang proposed the research topic of “Intelligent discrimination system of breast tumor microenvironment based on sub-millimeter resolution three-dimensional photoacoustic tomography” for the current urgent needs and technical pain points of breast cancer screening, and the panel of experts pointed out that the research goal of the project was clear, the content was prospective, and the technological route was clear, and they unanimously passed the postdoctoral opening defense of this doctoral degree and agreed to approve the topic; Dr. Hu conducted solid research according to the postdoctoral research plan, published two academic papers, applied for a patent for invention in his tenure, and completed the mid-term achievement assessment indexes with excellence.
