After more than two months of meticulous preparation, eagerly anticipated by all, the third KFBIO Staff Skills Competition had a grand opening.

01 Kick-off Meeting: Teams Took the Stage with passion

Accompanied by uplifting music, four participating teams took the stage one by one. Their presence showcased the vitality and competitive spirit of the KFBIO team. The previous competition’s “Skill Champion” spoke as the representative, reflecting the seriousness, rigor, and pragmatism that characterize KFBIO people. Mr. Hu Ping from the Production Management Center read the “Commitment of Jury” on behalf of the judges, promising to uphold objectivity, fairness, and impartiality in their work.

Mr. Wang Kehui, the general technical consultant and chairman of the jury of the competition, also stated, “This competition is not only just about winning; it’s also about infusing the competitive spirit into our daily work”. His remarks were filled with high expectations and encouragement for the competition.

The teams lined up in order, with contestants maintaining calm composure and full concentration during the competition. They demonstrated their expertise and rich experience with impressive skills. The judges moved between each group, observing closely and providing rigorous assessments.

During the defense session, facing with judges’ questions, contestants faced the judges’ questions with poise, clearly articulating their views and solutions. After a day of fierce competition, the awards were finally revealed. The winners beamed with pride, having earned this honor through hard work and dedication. Mr. Wang, the judge chairman, and Ms. Li Wenhui, the HR director, each provided a summary of the event. They highly praised the contestants’ performance and expressed confidence in KFBIO’s future development.
