KFBIO Employee Symposium–Inheritance and Growth, Building a Bright Future Together

On August 23, 2024, the KFBIO Human Resources Department organized the first symposium for interns after moving to the new factory. The symposium aimed to promote communication and cooperation among employees, inherit the spirit of the enterprise, and help employees grow.

The meeting started with the introduction of the agenda, which clarified the arrangement of the meeting. Afterwards, Ms. Li Wenhui, Director of the Human Resources Department, delivered a speech, which set a positive tone for the symposium.

During the mentorship session, many outstanding mentors made their appearance. They have received many honors during their time in the company. Each mentor has their own life motto, and they will lead their apprentices forward with their rich experience and professional knowledge.

Representatives of the interns also gave their testimonials, expressing their expectations and determination to work hard in the future. After that, the intern class leader led all the interns to the stage to swear. They solemnly swore that they would devote themselves to learning and practicing with full enthusiasm, a serious attitude, and firm determination, adhering to the KFBIO spirit and contributing to the development of the company.
