KFBIO Showcases End-to-End Digital Pathology Solutions at ECDP 2026 in Graz
KFBIO participated in the 22nd European Congress on Digital Pathology (ECDP 2026), held in Graz, Austria, from June 18–20.
The congress brought together pathologists, laboratory professionals, researchers, and industry leaders from across Europe. During the event, attendees explored the latest advances in digital pathology, laboratory automation, and artificial intelligence.
Representing KFBIO were Vito Wang, Director of Overseas Marketing, together with Ethan Gao, Feng Feng, and Chico Lai from the Overseas Team.
Throughout the exhibition, the team welcomed visitors from across Europe. They also held productive discussions with customers, distributors, and industry partners. These conversations focused on the future of digital pathology and intelligent laboratory workflows.

Demonstrating an End-to-End Digital Pathology Workflow
Accurate Specimen Identification
The workflow begins with specimen identification.
First, the KF-UV-300 Dual Hopper Slide Laser Printer prints slide labels quickly and accurately. At the same time, the KF-UE-001 Cassette Laser Printer produces durable cassette labels for reliable specimen identification.
Next, the KF-ARC-300 Cassette Batch Identification System streamlines sample verification. As a result, laboratories can improve traceability while reducing manual errors.
Automated Slide Preparation
After specimen identification, slides move to the preparation stage.
The KF-RF-I Stainer and Coverslipper automates staining and coverslipping. Consequently, laboratories can reduce manual workload and improve workflow consistency.
Automation also helps standardize slide preparation. This supports more reliable downstream analysis and improves operational efficiency.
High-Quality Whole-Slide Imaging
Once slide preparation is complete, the KF-PRX-M Digital Pathology Scanner captures high-quality whole-slide images (WSIs).
